This is the official timer for the Life Fitness Goals gym.
The timer is used to help participants know how much time is left in the round with a large countdown timer.
LFG Timer will change colors depending on how much time is left in the round, as well as the current round, title of the class, and current time.
You have the ability to:
-Create and save custom workouts with custom duration, rest period, description, and number of rounds
-Create interval workouts
-Quickly duplicate classes
-Preview selected workout
-Display selected workout agenda prior to start
-Start, pause, skip/reverse round/interval, reset to first round, and clear class options
-Controls accessed by tapping middle of the screen, auto-hides after 10 seconds to prevent accidental tapping
-Auto-clear workout after timer end
-Full screen support for external connected 1080p display
